Absolutely fabulous hotel, fairly clean, outstanding staff and the beds were extremely comfy. Central location, not too far from Gjirokastra Bazaar. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

location was exceptional, and i loved warm rooms and extremely helpful staff. my room had a quiet bed and an incredible view. my experience here was best.
